On April 20 Southland Jubilee will welcome festival attendees to celebrate their 15th year of bringing arts, food, music and heritage to downtown Greensboro.

Each year the Southland Jubilee festival grows even larger with the growth of the residential community, increased advertising and most importantly, the support of local businesses. The festival not only offers an enjoyable weekend experience for those attending but also provides an economic stimulus for local businesses in Greensboro.

With increased promotion of the festival, Southland Jubilee is expected to have over 8,000 attendees from all over the state of Georgia with particularly high attendance from residents in the local Greene County communities. Southland Jubilee is now accepting sponsorships for the event, which have always been a huge part of the success of the festival.

“Without the support of sponsors, the Southland Jubilee festival would not showcase the quality event that it is every year,” says Festival Chair,Kendrick Harris. “Sponsorships are a way to show your support to the local community. It is also a great way to promote your business to thousands of people.”

Sponsorship of Southland Jubilee allows for the planning and execution of the festival every year and provides guaranteed exposure for those businesses that support it. There are multiple sponsorship levels businesses can choose from. The current Southland Jubilee sponsors for the 2013 festival are C.W. Smith Insurance, NIBCO, Inc., Angela Taylor Designs and Standridge Color Corporation.

"Southland Jubilee is made possible by the tremendous support that the festival receives from the area's business community," says Greensboro Better Hometown Manager Cail Hammons.  "Greensboro is fortunate that our local businesses choose to give back in a way that promotes our town and its heritage."
