Downtown Trick or Treat

Little ghouls and goblins are invited to Greensboro for Downtown Trick or Treat. Downtown merchants – many in costume – will offer a trick or a treat for children 12 and under. Children should begin their visit to town at the Greene County Court House where they will be given an official trick or treat bag. All children should be escorted by an adult. The Greensboro Police Department will be on hand to ensure fun and safety for all.
Lighting of the Tree

Join us for a small town holiday celebration in downtown Greensboro as we flip the switch on "the big tree" on the Courthouse Lawn. Hundreds of twinkling lights decorate the streets as downtown shops stay open late to help visitors get started with their holiday shopping. There will be live performances form area choirs. The official Tree Lighting will take place after 6pm.
